Cancelling a Track Pass for the Profile Truckstar Festival is only possible for a valid reason and free of charge until 17 July 2026. If you are unable to collect your pass due to circumstances, you must always inform us. If you still have your pass collected by someone else without permission, both you and the person collecting the pass will receive a record and will be excluded from participation next year.

No, track passes are personal. You can always email festival@truckstar.nl to ask whether a track pass can be transferred.

If you purchased tickets but did not receive them, you can contact Paylogic customer service. Go to customer service.

It is not mandatory to print your e-tickets, but it does make scanning at the entrance easier. If you show your e-ticket digitally, make sure your phone is set to maximum brightness.

On 7 July you will receive an email allowing you to download the e-tickets for the Profile Truckstar Festival. Please keep an eye on your inbox. You can download the tickets up until the day of the festival.

It is not possible to cancel e-tickets through us.

The TT Circuit has more than enough parking spaces and parking is free. Follow the instructions of the traffic stewards.

From Assen station, a bus runs to the TT Circuit. Plan your journey via public transport at 9292.nl.

This is located at the Welcome Centre on TT Tunnelweg. With a disabled parking card, you are allowed to park here.

Yes, the site is accessible for wheelchairs. Please note that some parts of the circuit have sand to protect the asphalt from the trucks.

Yes, this is allowed.

With a weekend or child ticket, you are allowed to enter on Friday. This does not apply to Saturday or Sunday tickets.

You can pay by card and in cash.

The TT Circuit uses a one-time environmental fee. The Profile Truckstar Festival organisation does not make money from catering at the TT Circuit.

Return your last cup for recycling; it cannot be exchanged for money.

No, bicycles are not allowed on the festival grounds. Motorised vehicles (including electric ones) are also not permitted.

Bike racks are available at the entrance of the festival grounds.

Yes, as long as it is kept on a leash and you clean up after it.

No, it is strictly forbidden to honk during the Profile Truckstar Festival, including during entry and exit.

Music is allowed during the following time slots:

Saturday 25 July: 08:00 to 23:30
Sunday 26 July: 09:00 to 18:00

No, drones are not allowed on or around the Profile Truckstar Festival site. Any drones used will be confiscated for the duration of the event. Please consider the safety of visitors!

The Dutch Music Evening starts at 18:00 and ends at 23:30. The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks show.

There are no separate tickets for the Dutch Music Evening. A Saturday or weekend ticket gives access to it.

The recommended minimum age to visit the Profile Truckstar Festival without supervision is 16 years. Visitors under this age are advised to be accompanied by an adult.
