Lottery
Every year we receive more applications than there are places available. Unfortunately, this means that some applicants will be disappointed. The selection process is carried out by lottery. When registering for a Track Pass, we also ask for additional information about the truck you are registering. This information has NO influence on the lottery. Everyone will receive notification of the lottery results no later than the end of the day on 8 April.
Costs
The cost of a Track Pass is €170. A Track Pass includes two weekend tickets and a participant bag with a souvenir. (Prices subject to change).
Payment
If you are selected for a Track Pass, the amount due will be debited at the end of May. The payment will be processed by Roularta Media. If the IBAN number provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will send an email or letter with instructions on how to transfer the amount. Track Pass is personal
Registration is personal and non-transferable. Registering using someone else’s subscription number is also not allowed. If you do so, your registration will be cancelled.
Drivers’ associations and groups of friends
During registration, you can indicate whether you are a member of a drivers’ association or part of a group of friends. This ensures that those who are selected can be placed together. Therefore, make sure that everyone in your group enters the same group name.
Entry
As not everyone can enter the TT Circuit at the same time, everyone is assigned a specific time slot to collect their Track Pass. There are four collection points: Assen-Noord, Zwolle Hessenpoort, Wegrestaurant De Raket and Drachten. At the beginning of July, you will receive an email informing you where to collect the necessary documents. On the form, you can indicate your preferred location and time. PLEASE NOTE! This is only a preference and does not guarantee your choice.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a Track Pass for the Profile Truckstar Festival is only possible for a valid reason and free of charge until 17 July 2026. If you are unable to collect your pass due to circumstances, you must inform us at all times. If you have your pass collected by someone else without permission, both you and the person collecting the pass will receive a note on record and will be excluded from participation next year.
